1 Definitions and Acceptance of Terms

2 Account Registration and Management

To fully access 777wk services, you must register and create a personal account. The following terms apply to registration and account management:

• The minimum age to register is 18 years old. Registration by individuals below that age is a serious violation and may be subject to applicable legal proceedings.
• Each individual is only permitted to have one active account. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or someone else's, is strictly prohibited.

• You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. All activity occurring under your account credentials is your responsibility.
• 777wk reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any time, particularly before processing a first withdrawal or large withdrawal amounts.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to an administrative fee or closure in accordance with the applicable policy.

3 Deposits and Payment Methods

Deposits into your 777wk account can be made through a variety of available payment methods. The following terms apply:

• The minimum deposit is Rp 10,000 per transaction. There is no maximum daily deposit limit for regular members, with additional verification required for amounts above a certain threshold.
• Funds deposited into a 777wk account are considered received and cannot be reversed except through the official withdrawal process.
• 777wk is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banking systems or digital wallets beyond our control.
• Deposits may only be made using payment methods registered in your own account name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.

4 Withdrawals and Wins

777wk is committed to processing every legitimate withdrawal quickly and without unnecessary delays. The following withdrawal terms apply:

• Minimum withdrawal is Rp 50,000 per transaction. There is no maximum withdrawal limit, however amounts above Rp 20,000,000 may require additional security verification.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as your 777wk account.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly. Bonus balance must meet the applicable rollover requirements before it can be converted into withdrawable balance.
• 777wk reserves the right to delay withdrawals for security verification purposes. If a delay occurs, members will be notified via email or account notification.
• Withdrawals rejected due to incorrect account details or a name mismatch will be returned to the account balance after deduction of a transfer administration fee.

Withdrawal processing times by method:

• Digital wallets (DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay): 3–15 minutes
• QRIS: 5–15 minutes
• Same-bank transfer: 5–20 minutes
• Interbank transfer: 10–30 minutes
• Amounts above Rp 20,000,000: 30–60 minutes (with additional verification)

5 Bonuses, Promotions, and Rewards Programs

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per promotion unless stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once using different accounts constitutes abuse.

• Rollover values are calculated based on the total amount wagered, not on wins or losses. Cancelled, voided, or below-minimum-odds bets do not count toward rollover.

6 Game Rules and Betting

All games at 777wk operate under the standard rules applicable to each game type. Some general conditions that apply across all categories:

• Slot game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that is regularly audited. There is no way to predict or manipulate game results.
• Sports betting odds apply at the time a bet is placed and confirmed. Odds changes after a bet is confirmed do not affect the value of the placed bet.
• Bets placed during a dropped internet connection mid-live casino game are handled according to results recorded on the 777wk server, not on the member's device.
• In the event of a technical malfunction affecting game outcomes, 777wk reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the balance to the member's account.
• All disputes regarding game results must be reported within 7 calendar days from the date the game took place. Reports submitted outside this timeframe cannot be processed.

7 Prohibitions and Fraudulent Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 777wk platform and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using any software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to play or place bets
• Member collusion to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the promotions system
• Money laundering or using the platform for illegal financial activities
• Using another person's credit card, bank account, or digital wallet without their consent
• Attempting to access another member's account or the 777wk backend system without authorization
• Spreading false or misleading information about the 777wk platform to others
• Exploiting technical loopholes or bugs in the system for undue advantage

8 Account Suspension and Closure

777wk reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account under the following circumstances:

• Proven to have violated the terms set out in this document
• Providing invalid or false identity information during registration
• Failed to complete identity verification (KYC) within the specified timeframe
• Identified as a duplicate account of the same member
• Voluntary account closure request by the member
• Orders from competent legal authorities

Members whose accounts are temporarily suspended will be notified via their registered email along with the reason for suspension. Remaining balances in accounts closed due to violations may be forfeited subject to investigation findings. For voluntary account closures, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal after final identity verification.

9 Platform Liability Limitations

While 777wk strives to provide the best service, there are certain limitations of liability that every member should understand:

• 777wk is not liable for losses caused by internet disruptions, hardware failures, or technical issues on the user's end.
• The platform does not guarantee 100% uninterrupted service availability at all times, although we target 99.9% uptime.
• 777wk is not responsible for any financial decisions made by members based on information available on the platform.
• Losses from gambling activity are a risk borne entirely by the member. The platform is not obligated to provide compensation for losses incurred in fairly conducted games.

10 Responsible Gaming
